Trashy revenge

This is more of a waiting for the bus stop story. It happened at the 16/50/21 stop in Midway going to Minneapolis–Albert St, I think. I was reading, waiting for the 50 going to Mpls. This guy pulls his hand out of his pocket and his transfer falls on the ground. I tell him and he said he needed a new one anyway and he left it on the ground. His face was ashen

I was sitting just behind the rear exit door on a southbound 84 when I noticed a man, mid 30’s, sitting on the left side of the bus a few rows up who was not looking very well. He was belching and swallowing and obviously doing everything possible to keep from puking up all over the floor. His face was ashen. I felt for the guy. Continue reading ‘His face was ashen’


Twenties, tens, and fives

Right before my stop we were sitting at a red light. There was a homeless person on the corner [as is usually the case in minneapolis], whom she waved over. With a smile, she handed him a free transfer and we went on our way. I thought it was a very nice gesture. When we got to the stop where i was going to get off to wait for the six, the same guy walked up, with a friend. 50 expired transfers
