There was a period of time where I had a driver on the 50 who decided that the bus PA system was their own personal pulpit. I must say that this driver was punctual, polite, and cautious. Enjoy your precious life
Some of the bus drivers can be really strange. This one older lady who drove the 16 alway gave a comment every time she let someone off the bus (examples–”have a warm peaceful relaxing evening” or “enjoy the rest of your precious life”. When we came to dr.martin luther king jr. blvd she announces “Dr. reverand martin luther king jr. blvd man of peace love and harmony. Let freedom ring!” I thought get off of it lady. I’m sure you all riders know who i’m talking about. Whats with her? Whats her story? She doesn’t fix up but looks older than she is because her hair is put up in a bun. I don’t know what number she drives now. I last saw her drivin an express bus.
