January, 2003 I was riding the 4E (now the 4K) to work at about 7:00AM. I sat down in the frontmost frontward facing seat. Thank You Sister!
I believe it was 1983 or 1984. The now extinct route 52E. I was to be the last person on the bus at Oak and Washington before it took it’s right turn to head for the freeway and downtown Saint Paul.
