Pure body stench
Im a driver on a suburban regional route, pretty quiet most of the time. Even on the burbs there are people who are “lacking hygenic skills.” Are they homeless making the rounds on MTC buses, as many do daily, or just folks afraid of water, I don’t know.
One day, last fall a man climbed abord my bus, shorted his fare, i let it go…Then I got a whiff of him. Pure body stench! He sat all the way in the back of the bus, but, I could still smell him. It was a windy, colder than normal day, the kind where one would keep the driver’s window closed. I HAD to open it. I was dry heaving, ready to let go out of the window!
Never had I had that happen, even with the drunks, potheads, and people I knew came from the local homeles shelters. This was world class STINKY! Please, don’t make the drivers retch, it only delays the route, and you’ll miss your connection.
