How do you cook a venison steak?

Not something I thought I’d ever hear from a rider. But I guess anything goes in this line of work! Fortunately, I come from a family of avid hunters, and I grew up learning how to prepare venison, and other wild game. Strange question? Yes, but it made my day, since it was a really cold day, and the only other hing I had heard all day long was “it’s cold out there!”
