Smooth Operator
I take this route 2 or 3 times per week and must say the driver (don’t know his name) that stops at Grand & Dale at 8:13AM is the smoothest driver. I mean, there is no jerky braking or swerving of the steering wheel. It’s as if he drives like he’s a passenger too. It’s nice to drink your coffee and not become motion sick! Kudos, baby, way to go.

Wow… I wish I had a driver like that, one who recognizes the impact that their hard braking and acceleration have on the riders. I think that Metro Transit should make every driver sit on a bus for an hour with a driver who jerks the bus around like that… I have a feeling it might decrease!

Don’t stop at Bustales. Call/email Metro Transit and let them know about your good experience. They’ll know who the driver is. A little positive reinforcement goes a long way.
