Are they required to even HAVE a drivers license?? I once got into a verbal altercation with a cabbie sitting in a bus stop...waving me to go around when I had passengers wanting to get off. There was no room for me to pull in front of him so I pulled up next to him,opened the door and explained my situation. He got rude and said he'd only be "a couple minutes". I explained that I didn't have that luxury and he needed to get out of the bus stop. I told him I didn't sit in his cab stands and he needed to show the same respect. When even that didn't work, I picked up the phone and pretended to be calling for the police. He peeled out and I pulled into my bus stop.
