People donate money to them and get a card for each dollar. Then they hand these cards to the sign people instead of money. If they REALLY need help, they will know where to get it. The legitimate charities get donations and the dope dealers and liquor stores don't get ANY of your hard earned money. STOP giving cash to sign people! We only pay higher taxes to hire more police to fight the dope dealers a lot of them are keeping in business! Give to charities...your money will be much better spent!
