You don’t see the humor in that?
On my ride home yesterday I had the pleasure of listening to a loud fellow talk the driver’s ear off. As the driver was raising the lift for someone in a wheelchair to get off, the loud fellow had this to say:
loud fellow: You know how garbage trucks have those great big arms that can lift the dumpster up over the top?
Well you guys should have one of those for wheelchairs, and a place on top for them to ride!
driver: – silence -
loud fellow: You don’t see the humor in that?
driver: no

Where’s the humor in a poor SOB’s wheelchair that he or she is FORCED to be in being compared to the dumpster that the original person who MADE the comment SHOULD be in? Have some taste, people.
