Stop!
Some lady who is with her little girl all the time both have hair ratted-up like they just got outta bed. They were rideing the 6 line and the mother kept screaming at the kid. Yelling at the top of her lungs “stop!” to her child. The bus driver finally couldn’t take it no more and told her to be quiet because every time she screams “stop!” He thinks some one wants off the bus and ends up jamming on the brakes. The lady then took the bus drivers name and said she was going to report him. She didn’t like the idea of the bus driver being able to tell her she couldn’t scream at her child while riding the bus.
A Cardboard Box
I was taking the 64 home from downtown St Paul a few years ago. It was a cool, but beautiful, spring day. The sun was shining, but it was still cool enough to require a jacket. I had transferred from the 94 at Cedar, and a few blocks later a gentleman boarded the bus, clearly intoxicated, and carrying a cardboard box. Continue reading ‘A Cardboard Box’
